After reviewing essential info about your restaurant, our team create a website from our gallery that fits you, and customize it for your restaurant. This process ensures your website go live very fast and works seamlessly.
What do you need to setup my system and mobile apps?
A preferably high-quality image of your logo, your menu and product information, and some other basic information for your restaurant is all that our team needs.
How long does this process take?
Depending on how fast you provide the required info to us, this process usually takes 1 week to complete. iOS mobile app may need additional time as Apple review process sometimes may take longer.

What is the difference between monthly and annual packages?
Annual package provides a 20% discount and it is easy to deal than paying every month.
What happens if the restaurant has more than one branch?
Pricing is based on a single branch/location. Same price will be added for each branch.
Is there a discount for if restaurant has multiple branches or is simply a chain?
Of course. We have special rates for chains and restaurants that have more than five branches.
Do you have any references?
Currently more than 25 restaurants in UK, and more than 300 restaurants in Turkey are using our services.

Do I need to turn on the software manually every day?
No. You just need to turn on your computer, software does the rest. It receives orders only during your working hours.
What if my internet connection is not working?
Unfortunately you can not receive orders if you do not have an active internet connection. For your customers quality of service, software automatically closes your restaurant for orders.
Do I have to accept every order I receive?
No. You have the total control over every order you receive. You can accept or reject the order, customer receives an email notification depending on your action.
Is this function compatible with all printers?
Yes, you can use any printer that is working with your computer.
How can I process an incoming order? Do I have to write it down for kitchen employers?
No, you can print the order with the 'Print' button in the application, so your employers can get a printout.
Ordering
Will customers be able to order without a registration?
No, customers need to register using full name, phone/mobile and address information.
Will I be in control of my delivery areas?
Yes, you can save and modify your delivery areas whenever you want from the administration site. Your customers will then be able to order from addresses that are inside your delivery areas.
What happens if customers order outside my working hours?
Customers are not able to order outside your working hours. Our system restricts ordering and marks your restaurant as closed.
Will I be in control of my working hours?
Yes, you have the total control of working hours, delivery areas, your products and menus, your customers information, your order history within the administration site.
How can I prevent my customers to order products that are out of stock?
By using administration website, you can modify your supplies; remove and add products to your menu.
